Voted Top Marriage Counselling!

We are humbly excited to share the news that we have been voted Top 3 in Marriage Counselling for Burlington for 2024!

We have had the privilege to work with hundreds of couples all across the Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton area, and since the start of the pandemic, our growth across all areas of Ontario from Thunder Bay to Ottawa to Windsor!

We have previously won awards for Top 3 in Counselling for Hamilton and have received awards from Burlington Votes over the past few years, including a Silver Award and Gold Award.

What makes marriage, couples and relationship counselling so different with me? We basically break all the rules of traditional couples therapy. There is no couch. There is no “therapy lingo”, and I don’t ask a bunch of “how did that make you feel” questions. Instead, you get down to earth, real conversations. The approach is direct and responsive. Through the use of Relational Life Therapy we try hard to get to the root of the issues. We find the dance that is being played over and over again. We work on going from disharmony to repair and back to harmony.

This difference in how couples therapy is done is what makes the success so high.
